Set two saw Rio trailing just 11-10 after a service ace by Donaldson, but the Pirates responded with six straight winners and a 10-2 run overall to grab a commanding lead in the match.
The third set was tied at 6-all after a Park service error, but the Pirates then went on a 9-1 scoring spurt to take control of the period and put the match away.
