RedStorm's Adams named RSC Player of the Week

     MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - University of Rio Grande junior Gabby Adams was named River States Conference Softball Player of the Week on Monday.
     The Grove City, Ohio native had a monster week at the plate across six games, which saw the RedStorm go 4-2.
     Adams went 11-for-21, with seven doubles, 14 runs batted in and six runs scored. She had at least one hit and drove in at least one run in all six games.
     Adams was especially good in a sweep of IU Columbus, going 5-for-8 with nine RBI and five runs scored.
