Rio's Brooks honored by RSC

     MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - University of Rio Grande middle blocker Jordan Brooks has been named the River States Conference Women's Volleyball Defender of the Week.
     Brooks, a senior from Reynoldsburg, Ohio, helped to ensure an East Division championship for Rio Grande, the program's first.
     In matches against WVU Tech and Midway, the senior racked up nine total blocks, including seven in the division clincher against Midway, the RSC Match of the Week.
     Brooks was also sensational on attack in that match, logging 12 kills and a .611 attack percentage.
