Rio's McLoughlin honored for second straight week

     MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - For the second consecutive week, University of Rio Grande junior Elle McLoughlin has been named the River States Conference Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week.
     League officials made the announcement Monday evening.
     The Zanesville, Ohio native helped the RedStorm claim the championship of its own Emileigh Cooper Memorial Classic.
     Rio Grande went 4-0 in the two-day event, defeating Defiance, Cumberland (Tenn.), Kentucky Christian and Ohio Christian, with McLaughlin averaged more than 10 assists per set in each of the victories.
