Bio

     Hoover is in her first season as a member of the RedStorm coaching staff.
     A graduate of Bullitt East High School in Mt. Washington, Ky. and Kentucky Christian University, Hoover has been running since the age of 12.
     She was a four-time All-American at KCU, posting personal record times of 2:24 in the 800, 4:41 in the 1,500, 5:08 in the mile; 10:06 in the 3,000; and 17:21 in the 5,000.
     In cross country, Hoover's top times are 17:06 in the 5K; 20:49 in the 6K; and 37:10 in the 10K
     She comes to Rio Grande after spending last season coaching the women's distance runners at Shawnee State University.
     Hoover is married and resides in Waverly, Ohio.
