Rio's Grinstead named Player of the Week

     OXFORD, Ohio - University of Rio Grande senior guard/forward Marlee Grinstead was named the River States Conference Women's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.
     The Albany, Ohio native scored a career-high 22 in win at WVU-Tech, then bettered that with 24 points in a win over RSC West leader Brescia to help the RedStorm stay unbeaten in conference play.
     Grinstead hit 18 of her 32 field goal attempts (56.3%) in the two wins, while averaging 3.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.0 steals per outing.
