Donaldson's big week produces MSC honor

     BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – University of Rio Grande outside hitter Caden Donaldson was one of three players honored on Monday by the Mid-South Conference as its Men's Volleyball Players of the Week.
     The Jackson, Ohio senior was named the MSC Attacker of the Week, while Campbellsville University's JoVeaun Banks and Aleksa Plevaljcic were named Defender and Setter of the Week, respectively.
     Donaldson's 6.67 kills per set helped the RedStorm to a win in their three-game week.
     The senior killed 44% of his attacks and had 60 kills total.
     Donaldson earns weekly honors for the second time this season and for the fifth time in his career.
     Banks, a senior middle blocker, had 21 blocks during a busy five-match week for the Tigers and averaged just over a block per set.
     Banks earned weekly honors for the first time this season and for the second time in his career.
     Plevaljcic, a freshman setter, had 154 assists through Campbellsville's five matches and averaged 8.56 assists per set.
