Elvis Eddy Mwanje added to the lead just 1:56 into the second half and that's how things stayed until Maile tacked on an unassisted goal with 12:36 remaining.
Maile assisted on a goal by Denilson Macon with 7:26 left to play to set the final score.
The Blue Raiders enjoyed a commanding 22-9 advantage in shots, a 13-4 advantage in shots on frame and had seven of the nine corner kick tries in the match.
