     MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - Altan Sayar and Matheus de Campos from the University of Rio Grande earned the River States Conference Men's Soccer Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week, respectively, for Sept. 25-Oct. 1.
     Sayar had an impressive week, scoring five goals and tallying 10 points in a 2-0 week for the No. 9-ranked RedStorm.
     The sophomore midfielder from Kreuzlingen, Switzerland had a goal in the 3-0 victory over Midway (Ky.) to begin the week. He then exploded for four of the seven goals in a 7-0 win over Ohio Christian.
     A goalkeeper and a graduate student from Brasilia, Brazil, de Campos posted two shutouts on the week. He played all 90 minutes in both games and made two saves in all.
