Rio's Silva named RSC Player of the Week

     MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - Gabriel Silva from No. 23-ranked University of Rio Grande had 10 points to pick up River States Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week presented by Brown & Brown Insurance for Oct. 10-16.
     Silva, a sophomore forward, had four goals and two assists in two games for the RedStorm.
     The big game was a 20-0 win over Ohio Christian, where Silva did all of his points scoring. The four goals came on nine shots.
     He got off another three shots in Rio's other game versus WVU Tech, but it ended in a 1-1 tie.
