Portilla named RSC Men's Golfer of the Week

     MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - Rodrigo Portilla from the University of Rio Grande was selected as River States Conference Men's Golfer of the Week for Sept. 25-Oct. 1.
     A sophomore from Savilla, Spain, Portilla shot 9-under par at the Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) Blue Raider Classic to claim the honor. That was with scorching scores of 67 in the first and third rounds and a 70 in between.
he tied for second individually on the par-71 layout.
