Bio

     Jacks brings a lifetime of leadership, service, and mentorship to the University of Rio Grande football program.
     A retired Ohio State Trooper, Jacks currently serves as the Gallia County Auditor while continuing to invest in the local community through public service and ministry. His background includes years of youth and teen ministry through two local churches, where he has focused on mentoring young people and helping develop strong values and character.
     At Rio Grande, Jacks serves as team chaplain and assists with player development, supporting student athletes in leadership, accountability, and personal growth on and off the field.
