Bio

     Hatchett brings high-level playing experience and mentorship to the University of Rio Grande football program.
     A former standout running back at Marshall University, Hatchett played during one of the most successful stretches in program history and developed within a championship culture built on toughness, discipline, and accountability.
     At Rio Grande, he serves in player development with a focus on mentorship, leadership habits, and helping student athletes manage the demands of college football and campus life.
     His role centers on building relationships and reinforcing daily program standards.
