Bio

     Rucker brings elite football experience to Rio Grande with a background that spans professional football, collegiate excellence, and years of coaching leadership.
     A former NFL defensive tackle, Rucker played seven seasons with the Arizona Cardinals, Cincinnati Bengals, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins, and Kansas City Chiefs.
     At Ohio Wesleyan, he became one of the most decorated athletes in school history, earning multiple All-America honors and later induction into the university’s Hall of Fame.
     His coaching career includes defensive leadership roles at Ohio Wesleyan, Denison, Capital, and multiple high school programs, where he has consistently developed strong defensive units and impactful player growth.
