   RIO GRANDE, Ohio - Charles Dickens was nowhere to be found around the confines of the Newt Oliver Arena on Saturday afternoon but, if he were, the renowned author would've no doubt been impressed by the twist that University of Rio Grande women's basketball put on one of his most famous works, "A Tale of Two Cities".
   The RedStorm rebounded from a lopsided loss to Campbellsville on Thursday night by rallying from a 15-point halftime deficit and upending St. Catharine College, 74-68, in Mid-South Conference action.

   RIO GRANDE, Ohio - In a span of just over four minutes, the University of Rio Grande watched its hopes for an upset of 22nd-ranked Campbellsville crash to the ground with a resounding thud.
   The visiting Tigers closed the first half on a 17-2 run and never looked back, rolling to a 106-70 win over the RedStorm, Thursday night, in Mid-South Conference women's basketball action at the Newt Oliver Arena.

   RIO GRANDE, Ohio - The University of Rio Grande men's and women's basketball teams begin the second run-through of their respective Mid-South Conference schedules Thursday night as Campbellsville University pays a visit to the Newt Oliver Arena.
   Tipoff for the women's game is scheduled for 6 p.m., with the men's contest to follow at approximately 8 p.m.

    RIO GRANDE, Ohio - The University of Rio Grande women's basketball program is planning "Caught in the Storm--PROTECT & SERVE!!" as its participation in the Play4Kay "Think Pink" initiative when the RedStorm hosts Mid-South Conference rival Georgetown College on Thursday, February 23, at 6 p.m., at the Newt Oliver Arena.
    The event will mark the fourth year that Rio Grande has been a part of the initiative, which is sponsored by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association.

   RIO GRANDE, Ohio - Shardae Morrison-Fountain scored a career-high 25 points and Kaylee Helton added 20 more to lead the University of Rio Grande in an 81-73 win over West Virginia University Tech, Saturday afternoon, in women's basketball action at the Newt Oliver Arena.
   Morrison-Fountain, a junior guard from Columbus, Ohio, added a team-best four assists and Helton - a senior guard from Lucasville, Ohio - collected a club-high three steals for the RedStorm, who picked up a second straight triumph in their non-conference season finale to improve to 15-7 overall.

   RIO GRANDE, Ohio - The University of Rio Grande men's and women's basketball teams put the wraps on the non-conference portion of their respective schedules Saturday afternoon when West Virginia University Tech pays a visit to the Newt Oliver Arena.
   Tipoff for the women's game is scheduled for 2 p.m., with the men's game to follow 20 minutes after the conclusion of the opening contest at approximately 4 p.m.
