Rio Grande --- The University of Rio Grande RedStorm women's soccer team opened the 2010 campaign with a 2-0 victory over visiting Muskingum University on Wednesday night at Evan Davis Field.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Rio Grande RedStorm women's soccer team is picked to finish in the basement in the Mid-South Conference Coaches' Preseason poll. Rio Grande garnered 12 points in the voting. Coaches were not allowed to vote for their own team.

Rio Grande --- The University of Rio Grande RedStorm women's soccer program is putting the finishing touches on its 2010 recruiting class. The latest to sign on the dotted line is Rachel Hoffman of Bishop Fenwick High School. Hoffman signed her national letter of intent to being playing for the RedStorm in the fall.

Rio Grande --- The University of Rio Grande RedStorm women's soccer team has signed Brittney Sims, of Jackson High School, to a national letter of intent to begin playing for the team in the fall.
