Hively earns All-American honors at indoor nationals

Johnson City, Tn. --- University of Rio Grande senior race walker Kyle Hively earned NAIA All-American honors in the men's 3,000-meter race walk on Friday afternoon at the NAIA Indoor National Championships at the Mini Dome in Johnson City, TN.

RedStorm trio to compete at Nationals

Rio Grande --- The University of Rio Grande will have three representatives at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships in Johnson City, TN later this week. Seniors Chris Woodfork and Kyle Hively will represent the men's squad while junior Cassie Mattia will be the lone women's participant.

Rio track competes at Kent State Tune Up

Rio Grande --- The University of Rio Grande RedStorm men's and women's track and field squads competed at the Kent State Tune Up on Saturday. This was a non-scoring meet but both the men's and women's teams produced some outstanding performances.

Bowling Green, OH --- A few select members of the University of Rio Grande RedStorm men's indoor track and field squad competed at the All-Ohio Indoor Championships on Saturday at Bowling Green State University's Perry Field House.
