RedStorm volleyball signs Athens twins

Rio Grande --- The University of Rio Grande RedStorm volleyball program continued with what has been a very busy and productive recruiting season by adding twin sisters, Caity and Cindy Willis of Athens High School. The signing of the sister act brings the number of the 2010 recruiting class to four for third year head coach Billina Donaldson.

RedStorm signs standout setter

Rio Grande --- The University of Rio Grande RedStorm volleyball program is pleased to announce the signing of Kayla Landaker of River View High School to a national letter of intent. Landaker will begin playing for Rio Grande in the fall of 2010. She is the first signing for the 2010-11 academic year.

RedStorm volleyball falls in MSC Semi's

Frankfort, Ky. --- The University of Rio Grande RedStorm volleyball team had its season come to an end on Wednesday afternoon in the semi-finals of the Mid-South Conference Tournament. The RedStorm, the No. 3 seed, fell to No. 2 seed Campbellsville in straight sets, 17-25, 22-25 and 12-25.

RedStorm women advance at MSC Tournament

Frankfort, Ky. --- The University of Rio Grande RedStorm women's volleyball team, the No. 3 seed at the Mid-South Conference Tournament, advanced by ousting No. 6 seed Pikeville College in the first round in four sets on Tuesday afternoon, 23-25, 25-17, 26-24 and 25-12.
