Donaldson begins her sixth season as the head coach of the RedStorm.
After an all-state high school volleyball career at nearby Jackson High School, Donaldson brought her talents to the University of Rio Grande, where she reached All-American status en route to becoming regarded as one of the top players in school history.
She also participated in the 1996 U.S. Olympic Trials.
Prior to taking over the program at Rio, Donaldson spent one season as an assistant coach at Shawnee State University before assuming the head coaching position at Hanover United High School, which made a state Final Four appearance during her tenure.
Donaldson also spent four years as the head coach at Jackson High, where she currently teaches, before returning to Rio.
Donaldson, who also owns a Master's Degree from Ashland University, is married to former URG men's basketball standout Troy Donaldson. The couple has a daughter, Kinnison (14), and two sons, Cooper (11) and Caden (10).
She resides in Jackson.
