
This being his first season as Rio's Head Coach, Callum is one of the youngest head collegiate coaches in the USA at the age of 24, after previously being the assistant for the past two years. He is very excited and anxious to get his first season underway and excited of pushing this young team to new heights. Morris stated "I am looking forward to a tough season and a very competitive calendar and I am hoping my players will continue to take huge strides as we look to move this program forward and with the coaching staff I have and the players in my squad, I firmly believe we are well on the way to breaking more records and opening more eyes, that Rio woman's soccer is on the move.
Callum is a double graduate of the University of Rio Grande, where he has received both his Bachelors and Masters degrees respectively in Sport Exercise Science and Education with a Specialization in Sports Leadership and Coaching.
Morris is a native of Middlesbough, England. He came to the United States at the age of 17. Morris played at the Middlesbough Academy as a trainee and spent two years at the Middlesbough College Football Academy. He graduated from the Rye Hills Secondary School in 2002 and spent two years at Middlesbough College. Morris played four years for the Rio Grande men's team, concluding after the 2008 season. He served as a captain during the 2007 campaign. Morris finished his career with 22 goals and 18 assists. He scored 18 of his 22 career goals during the 2008 season, which ended with the Red Storm finishing as the NAIA National Runner-Up.

Skarratt is a native of Rossendale, England. He came to Rio Grande at the age of 21. He was first offered a scholarship to play at age 19 but suffered a broken ankle and made the decision to attend Rio Grande two years later.
He graduated from All Saints RC High School in 2000 and attended Preston College for three years. Skarratt was a four-year player for Rio Grande, ending after the 2008 season, and served as captain for three seasons. He twice earned 2nd Team All-American Mideast Conference honors. Prior to coming to Rio Grande, Skarratt played for Lancashire Academy and the Lancashire Under-18 and Under-19 teams. Skarratt also played semi-professional soccer in England as well.
On the coaching front, this is his third year as an assistant for the women's program. Chris played a huge part in the success of the program last fall, when the team broke all types of records. Previously, he coached three years of summer camp for both boys and girls and one year of summer camp for the Rossendale (England) County Council.
His responsibilities include training sessions, program administration, scouting, recruiting and man-to-man management.
Skarratt is currently enrolled in the Masters' Program for Education with a Specialization in Sports Leadership and Coaching at the University of Rio Grande

Born in Leeds, England, Stansfield a former professional soccer player for Leeds United, became a Rio men's soccer player at the age of 19 where he played 3 full years on the varsity team, making All Conference and All National team in the 2009. He helped the RedStorm to the National Championship final in 2008 where he played with fellow coaches Morris, Skarratt, Walzer & Croft. One year later he reached the Final Four in 2009.
Stansfield graduated in 2011 with a degree is sports/ exercise studies with a minor in marketing. He is currently a MBA student at the University of Rio Grande and is very pleased with his decision to become the women's first team coach under the head coach Callum Morris. A soon as Callum heard Phil was interested in the first team coaches job, he was quick to get him signed up as Phil is a highly rated coach and couldn't pass up the opportunity to miss out on his services.
He boasts a magnificent soccer career playing professionally in England and having a standout career in the states. At the age of 18 he was released and was spotted by Scott Morrissey (Men's head soccer coach) at a USA college soccer event and decided to play for the RedStorm. He has played with international players such as Xabi Alonso, Aaron Lennon, Paul Nicholson and many others.
Phil also had a very good coaching record. He coached at Leeds United for 2 years coaching the under 12's team. He has also coached at LSU, URG and many high school teams across America and is keen to bring his knowledge of the game to the girls soccer program with high hopes for the squad this year and next.
Phil is the first team coach which hold responsibilities such as, taking training sessions, scouting, recruiting high quality players and man to man management. Phil is keen to learn more about the game under Callum Morris and hopes to progress the team to become better soccer players.

Walzer is a native of Connecticut, USA. He graduated from Nonnewaug High School in 2004 were he enjoyed CIAC All State honors and also Class M State Champions.
Nate was recruited whilst playing soccer in Florida for PDL side West Palm Puma's by Head Coach Callum Morris and Mens Assistant Coach Marc Young in 2007.
Nate was part of the 2008 Men's Soccer Team that reached the National Final.
Walzer graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Studies with a minor in Health. He is now enrolled in the prestigious MBA program and is very pleased to be helping both the Men and Women's Program.
