Rio Grande announces 2009-10 cheerleading squad  

Rio Grande --- University of Rio Grande has announced its 2009-10 cheerleading squad.  The squad has two seniors in Stacy Adkins (Jackson, OH) and Ashley Curry (Bidwell, OH).

The rest of the squad is made up of freshmen. They are as followed: Amber Miller (Patriot, OH), Ashley Miller (Patriot, OH), Candace Chapmen (Jackson, OH), Danielle Morris-Brigner (Milfield, OH), Destiny Skaggs (Wheerlersburg, OH), Frances Jordan (Columbus, OH), Kia Webb (Columbus, OH), Lisa Danford (Circleville,OH) and Sydney Smith (Wellston, OH).        

They are coached by Gretta Taylor, a former Rio Grande cheerleader. Taylor is in her first season of leading the program. She takes over for Matt Cottrill.
