The University of Rio Grande men's soccer program will be hosting a soccer academy for interested teams beginning February 2nd and running through March 2, 2013 each Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the lower gymnasium of the Lyne Center on the Rio Grande campus. Teams in U6,U8, U10, U12, U14 and U16 will have the opportunity to continue development throughout the winter months with competitive indoor matches for an five-week period. The cost is $40 per player, payment due on Feb 2,2013. There will be on-site registration the 1st day. Teams will consist of five players on a side with a maximum of 10 players on a team. Contests will last 25 minutes. Boys and co-ed teams are eligible to participate. The deadline to register online is January 31, 2013. U6-U8 will play from 10am-11am U10-U12 will play from 11am-12pm U14-U16 will play from 12pm-1pm Please arrive 30 minutes prior to game time.
